Blue J Featuring Bree Bruns, is a great album! It’s full of energy, with a nice mixture of both vocal and instrumental tracks. All the songs on the CD were written by bassist Josh Espinoza who has led the jazz band Blue J for years in and around Austin, TX. Recorded and mixed by Rob Halverson and produced by Josh Espinoza, the band’s music is a welcome addition to the Austin Jazz music scene.
